Every project follows five phases, and a total of nine steps that keep things moving in the right direction:

Phase One:

CONSULT

This is our chance to get to know you and your project. We discuss the project; learning about client preferences, goals/objectives, the known and unknown requirements. We ask, “what do we have and what do we need?” In doing so, we start to develop an understanding of where things are today and where we need to get to.

Phase Two:

Concept Development

In this phase, we begin to put pen to paper by taking all the information we’ve gathered to begin developing a concept proposal. This creates an opportunity to involve you in the concept development process, engage in constructive dialogue, make changes, and begin to form a final concept that everyone is satisfied with.

Design + Planning

Once we have the general concept/layout prepared, the real work can begin. We begin to formalize the design, planning, and engineering. We'll prepare documents for formal approval submissions, planning/municipal approvals, and permits. All while working with you to make sure we get it right and capture your unique project requirements.

Construction

Once all permits and approvals are in place, it’s time to build. You may choose to engage with your own builder, or you may ask for help with finding the right fit. Either way, we will be there to assist you during the construction phase, such as; reviewing work in the field to make sure it conforms to the design documents, checking shop and third-party supplier drawings, and providing input/advice.

Phase Four:

Construction

Once all permits and approvals are in place, it’s time to build. You may choose to engage with your own builder, or you may ask for our help with seeking one to find the right fit. Either way, we will be there to assist you during the construction phase, such as reviewing work in the field to make sure it conforms to the design documents, checking shop and third-party supplier drawings, and providing input/advice.

Phase Five:

Project Completion

This is the final wrap-up. Consultants complete the final reviews, ensure all documents from the builder that have been submitted are in order, and review the work in the field to ensure everything complies with the design documents. Final letters of conformity are issued, permits are closed, and projects are completed. Feedback is provided by clients for our continual improvement.

Project Completion

This is the final wrap-up. Consultants complete the final reviews, ensure all documents from the builder which were submitted are in order, and review the work in the field to ensure everything generally complies with the design documents. Final letters of conformity are issued, permits are closed, and projects are completed.
